• Guest Service Manager *work Mon-Fri days!!*
• Sous Chefs (2)
• Each Management position features specific departmentalized accountabilities focusing on;
• Strong Team Member Retention through training, mentoring and developing the skills and careers of all Beertown Team Members
• Building a profitable growth in Guest experiences

Management Qualifications:

• Previous full-service Restaurant or Culinary Management experience required
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Winning mindset and consistent attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills and team mentality required
• Must possess a Guest-focused approach
• Desire to learn and grow your career
• Safe Food Handling Certification required (Sous Chefs)
• Smart Serve Certification required (Hospitality Management)

**PLEASE NOTE: This is a pre-open hiring initiative. As our venue is currently under construction, interviews will take place either remotely or in-person. Start dates will be determined on a case-by-case basis in the range of June-July 2024. Pre-open training for Management positions will take place in an established Beertown location, to be determined case-by-case (some travel will be required).**
