Did Someone say Burgers...?

As you may already know Chef Todd Clarmo is new on the Beertown block and has been evolving how we do food! His first order of business has been revamping our menu just in time for the peak of summer weather when everyone in their right mind should be craving BBQ – aka a juicy burger!! We followed Chef Clarmo around the Beertown kitchen to capture the magic and to see what he has up his sleeve.

Hand-pressed seems to be the way to go. Chef presses 7oz onto the grill – It's the same amount of meat as before, however it's cooked to perfection in less time. The great taste of pure Ontario beef, interesting toppings, and inspired aïoli will be paired together to complete very craveable burgers.
First, we tried a meat lovers idea of a good time: Brisket, slaw, aïoli, and chips top this Southern-inspired burger.
Just a modest amount of pork belly to top the Asian-inspired creation.
The presentation is key, Chef looks over every inch before making the slices to share. (Don't worry your burger won't come presliced, you'll be able to sync your teeth into a fully loaded burger as intended!)
The final burger test was a double patty burger done with the lot: pickles, tomato, lettuce, cheddar, bacon, and a house sauce that'll make you want to dunk everything in it!
Chef Clarmo will be finalizing the menu shortly. He will choose 5-6 distinctly unique burgers drawing from international inspiration, that will be sure to excite the palette of any guest! Expect these new burgers late June at Beertown Cambridge and then at the rest of the locations shortly after.
